Textile Industry Clients
I offer various art licensing options at Eileen Fleming Pattern Design (Gomingo Style LLC).
First and foremost, this is a Textile Design Company. Our primary focus and mission is to provide stylish design and outstanding service for the textile industry. Therefore, the first option discussed is for large-run textile/wallpaper art usage. That is defined as any art be used at any amount greater than 40 linear yards/meters of printed product.
If you represent a textile company or a company that buys textiles and prints for your product line, you are our most preferred customer.
Large-Run Textile and Wallcovering License
This is the license for our friends in the Textile Industry.
Large run is considered production quantities over forty (40) yards/meters. Please contact us for the Licensing agreement and to discuss the terms. We use the Graphic Artists Guild’s “Licensing Agreement Short Form”.
Non-Textile Clients
If you represent a company or industry outside of the textile and related industries, such as Consumer Goods, etc. we want to work with you too. We offer two licensing options for you to incorporate our catalog offerings to add value and style to your product offerings.
A non-exclusive commercial license means you may use our artwork as spelled out in the license terms (below) and so can others who purchase the same license.
This license does not include the right to produce large runs of textiles or other linear goods such as wallcoverings.
* Large runs refer to amounts of more than forty (40) yards/meters. This is a cumulative limit, not a per-run limit.
Clients Commissioning
Custom Work
Regardless of your industry, our Exclusive Usage License applies to you if you are commissioning custom designs and/or services from us based on a mutual contract agreement. (We work with the standard contract produced by the Graphic Artists Guild). The actual contract used will depend on the project parameters.
Non-Exclusive Commercial Usage License
Usage Rights:
This artwork is licensed for commercial use. It can be utilized in advertising, marketing materials, product packaging, and other commercial projects. However, redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing of the artwork in its original form or modified version without proper licensing or permission from the artist is strictly prohibited. For exclusive usage rights or customizations, please submit a contact form.
Exclusive Commercial Usage License
Usage Rights:
Upon finalizing the contract and all fees are paid, the buyer shall obtain exclusive commercial rights to this artwork. The buyer gains sole authority to utilize the artwork in any commercial endeavor, such as advertising, branding, merchandise, and publications. The artist retains the right to exhibit the artwork in their portfolio and for self-promotion.

From motiffs, repeats to technical files, colorways, indexing for color reduction, etc. We can streamline your process from design to production-ready files for printing, and marketing.
