About Me

Hi, I’m Eileen Fleming and this is my website. I love all things about color, pattern, texture, and design. I am a graphic designer and Surface Pattern Designer. I am a 2009 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, affectionately referred to as DAAP. I have a background in theatre arts, and studio art (drawing, painting, ceramics) from Northern Kentucky University, pre-dating my time at DAAP.

 I was introduced to sewing and fabric from an early age by my mom. I believe that is where my love of design got its start. From apparel to quilting, and various handcrafts I feel in love with fabric, and what can be done with it, but especially the print designs, colors, and textures. I studied art and design as a means to become a designer of fabric. What I did not learn as a graphic designer about textiles and surface pattern design, I learned through online courses, books, and experience.

A bit about my personal life: I love Jesus, my family, my doggos, ballet, yoga and a good book. I am blessed beyond measure.
